About the Role
Join Hawk-Eye and contribute to the world of Cricket by delivering our iHAWK ball-tracking and player analysis system. This versatile, lightweight product allows remote tracking from anywhere globally, supporting everything from training sessions to international matches. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth, accurate tracking and providing essential data and broadcast analysis for major cricket events.
Responsibilities
- Track sessions remotely, both live and retrospectively.
- Serve as the key point of contact for analysts, providing remote support.
- Collaborate with developers to test software elements and suggest improvements.
- Build and maintain kits in the office.
- Install broadcast services and permanent installations for cricket boards globally.
- Manage broadcasts and installations, assisting the full lifecycle of systems on-site.
Requirements
- Possess a technical grounding.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with clients and customers.
- Show great teamwork skills.
- Have a passion for innovation.
- Be willing to learn.
- Be flexible and willing to travel worldwide.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.
- Have an interest in the sport of Cricket.
- Must be currently studying towards an undergraduate degree.
- Be willing to work on weekends and midweek evenings.
- Be prepared for sporadic periods of working abroad, averaging no more than 2 months away from home per year.
