About the Role
Habito by Monzo is transforming the mortgage process by combining smart technology with expert mortgage advisers to help people find the right mortgage faster. Responsibilities
- Assess customer applications and issue high-quality recommendations efficiently.
- Keep the customer fully informed throughout the mortgage process.
- Provide a 5-star customer experience through all interactions.
- Deliver high-quality communication via online live chat.
- Proactively manage an ongoing pipeline of applications.
- Collaborate with direct Ops colleagues and the wider Habito group.
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards.
Requirements
- CeMap qualified with at least 1 year of experience.
- Whole of market or multiple lender experience.
- Organized and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
