About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to customers, identifying protection needs and shortfalls by researching the market for suitable products and making appropriate recommendations.
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience, putting the customer first and empathizing with purpose.
- Create a best-in-class advice service by assessing customer protection needs and issuing high-quality recommendations efficiently.
- Keep customers fully informed throughout the process.
- Deliver a high-quality level of communication.
- Manage an ongoing pipeline of applications proactively, efficiently, and effectively.
- Work closely with direct Ops colleagues and the wider Habito group to deliver the best results for the customer.
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience (guide, not a strict requirement).
- Whole of market OR multiple-tied experience.
- Organized and able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and happy to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
