About the Role

Responsibilities

Independently manage cases, from anamnesis and clinical examination to further diagnostics (lab, sonography, dental status, dermatology, behavioral assessment, internal medicine) and appropriate therapy decisions.
Contribute expertise in internal medicine to accurately diagnose and individually treat pets, ensuring high treatment quality in a mobile setting.
Continuously improve medical processes through feedback and active quality management.
Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners to build trust and understanding.
Provide input for optimizing software and standards, which will be directly incorporated by the team.
Make veterinary medicine more accessible, stress-free, and effective for pets, owners, and colleagues.

Requirements

License or work permit as a veterinarian in Germany.
Valid driver's license (Class B).
German language skills, at least B2 level.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in small animal medicine (more years of professional experience also welcome).
Knowledge in internal medicine, interpretation of findings, and diagnostics (lab, sono, general examination).
Structured, independent work style with a passion for knowledge sharing.
