About the Role
In the first few months, you will familiarize yourself with our manufacturing processes and independently take on welding work on steel and stainless steel components. You will coordinate closely with the production team and contribute to the timely production of our assemblies. Even if you do not meet every requirement 100%, we look forward to your application.
Responsibilities
- Welding using MAG (135) and WIG (141) processes for structural steel and stainless steel (FM1 & FM5)
- Manufacturing of butt and fillet welds (primarily PA/PB, up to 15 mm)
- Independent work according to technical drawings
- Quality inspection: checking dimensional tolerances & visual inspection of own welds
- General locksmith activities for preparation and follow-up
- Adherence to occupational safety regulations
Requirements
- Completed technical training (e.g., construction mechanic, metalworker, locksmith) or corresponding practical professional experience and practical welding experience
- Solid understanding and implementation of technical drawings
- Valid certifications are advantageous – we will renew expired certificates directly within the company
- Good German language skills
- Reliability, quality awareness, and teamwork
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (early/late shift) & willingness for overtime
