About the Role
We are an association established at the end of 2024 with the mission of realizing the social implementation of AI robots through the development of foundational models. Our goal is to complete and deploy robot foundational models globally through a 4-year NEDO project with a total investment of 20.5 billion yen.
Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international data collection operations, including progress, quality, and system management, and operational process improvement.
- Coordinate and negotiate with external vendors, including contractors, and manage progress and quality after contract.
- Plan and manage workshops at international conferences, including theme design, coordination with speakers and co-sponsors, on-site management, and post-event review.
- Investigate and analyze domestic and international best practices and industry trends, and propose measures based on the findings.
- Promote projects that span multiple departments and coordinate with stakeholders (internal teams, member companies, academia, overseas partners, etc.).
- Initiate new projects and establish systems and operational structures for them.
- Responsibilities will flexibly change according to the association's needs and emerging projects.
Requirements
- Over 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: business development, business planning, operational systemization, management, and improvement.
- Experience in leading projects from planning to completion, involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to break down abstract issues into concrete tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently and independently.
