About the Role
As a Food and Beverage Assistant at Holiday Inn London - Bexley, you will be central to the guest experience, providing exceptional service and ensuring memorable dining experiences. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual passionate about hospitality and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests efficiently and pleasantly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly and professionally addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Support the Food and Beverage team with operational duties, including table setup/clearing, restocking, and inventory management.
- Assist in coordinating and executing events and special functions.
- Ensure all areas are consistently well-stocked and impeccably presented.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK is required.
