About the Role
Become part of our People Experience Team and actively shape the recruiting of our Early Career Talents. Take on responsibility, discover talent, and get a behind-the-scenes look at the music industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage operational recruiting for working students and interns, independently handling new and replacement positions from needs assessment and job posting to screening applications and pre-selecting candidates.
- Serve as the point of contact for applicants and hiring managers in Early Career Recruiting, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain the Greenhouse applicant tracking system and ensure structured documentation of all recruiting activities.
- Support the team with interview coordination during lower recruiting periods in the Young Talents area and gain insights into end-to-end recruiting.
- Participate in university collaborations, recruiting events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
- Support culture & development initiatives, events, and projects on a project basis.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communications, or a comparable field of study.
- Enthusiasm for recruiting and the music industry, with a passion for matching talent with suitable entry-level opportunities and learning about different job profiles and career paths.
- Ideally, possess initial recruiting experience.
- Experience with Greenhouse or another applicant management system is a plus, but not required.
- Work independently, reliably, and responsibly, with a hands-on mentality and the ability to manage multiple ongoing processes and projects.
- German language skills at C2 level.
