About the Role
As a Product Manager within the Tribe Core, you will contribute to the development of product and technical foundations that support Kolecto's growth. You will lead strategic and cross-functional initiatives related to payments, user management (roles, permissions, access), and internal tools used by the Kolecto teams.
Responsibilities
- Evolve the payment rail and its associated components.
- Design features related to employees, roles, and permissions.
- Structure and prioritize complex issues in collaboration with Tech, Design, and Business teams.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and internal tools.
- Contribute to the overall reliability, scalability, and performance of the platform.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a B2B SaaS, fintech, or scale-up environment.
- Ability to structure complex subjects and transform them into a clear roadmap.
- Strong technical aptitude and ease in collaborating with Engineering teams.
- Experience with workflows, permissions, transactions, or internal tools.
- Rigor, autonomy, and execution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in payments, open banking, or regulated environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and financial flows is a plus.
- Interest in automation, data, and AI subjects is a plus.
