About the Role

Responsibilities

Contribute to Agentic AI initiatives with clearly defined problem statements
Develop full-stack applications using modern frameworks
Integrate AI models and tools into product prototypes, including large language models, embeddings, vision models, and agents
Collaborate with teammates on architecture, design decisions, and project delivery
Bring creative ideas and contribute to the direction of project work
Present prototypes, demonstrations, and results to internal stakeholders

Requirements

Final-year student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
Hands-on experience building full-stack applications that use AI technologies
Foundational understanding of AI and machine-learning concepts, such as model usage, APIs, and data processing
Based in Germany
Communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, adapting to evolving priorities, and collaborating with others

Skills

Familiarity with additional programming languages
Experience applying AI tools and techniques, such as prompt engineering or automation workflows
Experience with UX/UI design, including Figma, design systems, or user flows
Exposure to innovation, rapid prototyping, or start-up-style environments
Business mindset
Interest in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong communication skills
Ability to build effective working relationships
