About the Role

As a key member of our administration team in Berlin, you will manage the commercial aspects of our residential and commercial properties. You will serve as a competent point of contact for tenants and partners, ensuring smooth operations and optimal customer satisfaction, which is crucial for our collective success.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for owners, asset managers, service providers, and authorities, overseeing property management comprehensively.
Independently manage residential and commercial properties, acting as the central point of contact for tenants regarding contracts, tenancies, deposits, and inquiries.
Manage operational processes and coordinate technical requests, including tendering for service providers and overseeing the timely and quality execution of maintenance, upkeep, and renovation tasks.
Manage receivables and collaborate with the accounting department to review, pre-post, and manage invoices and receivables.
Handle the immediate processing of terminations and rental agreements, working closely with the leasing management team.
Monitor income and expenses to achieve yield targets for properties, maintaining high-quality master data for daily operations and optimization.

Requirements

Successfully completed real estate-specific training (e.g., Real Estate Clerk).
Several years of professional experience in commercial real estate management.
Proficiency in Office applications (Office 365) and property management software (ideally GFAD-Haussoft).
Very good German language skills.
Independent, responsible, and structured work style.
High commitment, flexibility, and resilience.
Confident demeanor, communication skills, and negotiation skills.
Curiosity to look beyond the obvious and learn new things.
