About the Role
You will be the face of CurrentBody at our first physical space, guiding clients through a personalized beauty tech experience and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a refined, personal experience for every client, from the first welcome to the thank you follow up
- Act as the brand expert, consulting on each client's skin goals and recommending the right beauty tech with confidence and clarity
- Bring the technology to life through hands on demonstrations and storytelling
- Build lasting client relationships, recording preferences and following up personally to drive repeat business
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Support product launches, events, and in store activations
- Keep displays, demo stations, and the selling floor immaculate, to a luxury standard
- Support inventory management and day to day store operations
- Partner with the Store Manager and Keyholder to deliver a seamless, high performing team experience
- Complete pre opening training so you're ready to welcome clients from day one
Requirements
- Minimum one year of retail experience, ideally in luxury, premium beauty, or another client focused environment
- A proven sales record, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
- A natural ability to build rapport and deliver consultative, education led service
- A polished presence, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable learning clienteling and digital tools
- Able to commit to the full six month duration of the pop up
- Employment is contingent upon verification of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
