About the Role

As a Senior Cybersecurity Solution Manager focusing on Microsoft Security and SOC, you will bridge people, technologies, and business needs. Your core focus will be on Microsoft Security, modern SOC solutions, and enhancing customer security capabilities. You will engage with clients at eye level, understand their challenges, and collaboratively develop tailored solutions. This role involves close collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Microsoft, and strategic partners, guiding complex tenders and projects from concept to viable proposals.

Responsibilities

Advise clients and decision-makers on Microsoft Security and SOC solutions.
Develop solution designs, roadmaps, and business cases.
Support complex tenders and security deals.
Coordinate Sales, Bid, Delivery, and Partner teams.
Act as a central point of contact for Microsoft and key clients.
Ensure technical and commercial quality in solution proposals.
Translate market and technology trends into concrete customer offerings.
Identify and address technical risks collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

Several years of experience in Cybersecurity, Security Operations, SOC, EDR, or Security Architecture.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Security, especially Microsoft Sentinel.
Experience in customer consulting, solutioning, business development, or complex tenders.
Solid understanding of practical SOC, SIEM, and Managed Security Services operations.
Ability to articulate technical content clearly to clients, management, and decision-makers.
Experience collaborating with Sales, Delivery, vendors, and partners.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a good sense for opportunities, risks, and solution feasibility.
Confident demeanor, clear communication, and a proactive approach to responsibility.
Very good German and English language skills.
