About the Role
Partner with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and turn priorities into practical solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with digital and product management leaders and business segment leaders to align regional delivery with Marsh’s global technology strategy, and help build a team that translates ideas into governed solutions with clear value.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technology leaders to shape priorities and identify where change will create the most value.
- Challenge existing approaches constructively and help teams focus on the right problems before solutioning begins.
- Translate business needs into clear roadmaps and delivery plans with measurable outcomes.
- Lead applied AI delivery from problem framing through to production, with a clear focus on adoption and business impact.
- Build, coach, and support a small team of forward-deployed engineers and AI business analysts embedded with the business.
- Manage budget, resourcing, and delivery trade-offs while maintaining clear governance, security, risk, and operational controls.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into technology roadmaps and delivered digital capabilities.
- Proven experience leading technology, product, or AI-enabled initiatives from discovery through to production.
- The ability to build alignment and influence outcomes across a complex, matrixed stakeholder environment.
- Experience coaching and developing team members while managing priorities, timelines, and resources across multiple initiatives.
- Appropriate approval to work in Australia.
- Successful applicants will be required to complete a criminal & bankruptcy check prior to commencement of employment.
