About the Role
This role involves performing appraisal and valuation services for clients, including real estate securitization, property sales, asset valuation for IPOs/M&As, and collateral valuation for financial institutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct appraisal for real estate sales.
- Perform appraisal for securitized real estate.
- Conduct asset valuation for IPOs and M&As.
- Perform fair market value assessments for corporate business properties and self-owned buildings.
- Verify the reasonableness of land rent and property rent.
Requirements
- Must possess a Real Estate Appraiser license.
- Must have practical experience in appraisal.
- Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
- Must be ambitious, professional, and positive.
- English proficiency is not required but a plus.

Salary/Compensations
- Annual salary system (1/12 paid monthly, includes fixed overtime allowance).
- Variable bonus (KPI): Paid annually based on company, department, and individual performance.
