About the Role
As an agent for tenants, you will propose comprehensive real estate strategies throughout all stages of the real estate leasing lifecycle, including lease renewals, relocation considerations, and new office searches.
Responsibilities
- Develop real estate strategies in light of future market trend forecasts.
- Advise on real estate strategies for office, retail, and industrial properties (support for relocation, downsizing, expansion, early termination, partial termination).
- Advise on lease agreement modifications and negotiate with owners from the tenant's perspective.
- Engage in new client acquisition and property information gathering sales activities.
Requirements
- Must possess a Real Estate Transaction Agent license.
- Experience in sales of commercial real estate leasing.
- Experience in tenant advisory services.
Skills
- English language proficiency (welcome for those who wish to gain real estate experience using English in the future).

Salary/Compensations
- Annual salary system (1/12 of the annual salary paid monthly, including fixed overtime allowance)
- Variable bonus (commission): Paid twice a year (February, August) based on individual sales performance. Industry-high commission rate.
- Salary will be determined based on experience and skills.
