Responsibilities
- Engage in customer visits and discussions regarding automated handling solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering colleagues to develop tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through technical discussions and solution development.
- Facilitate handover meetings between sales and execution teams.
- Identify new business opportunities during customer interactions.
- Capture customer feedback, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Translate insights into actions for commercial strategy and product roadmap development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a technical or business background.
- 5-10 years of experience in an international sales role within machine building or the food industry.
- Proven track record in gaining new business in a B2B environment.
- Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and a strong networker.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Dutch, English, and another foreign language.
