About the Role

- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with top-tier DACH affiliate partners.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure integrations, interest rates, landing pages, and promotional assets remain accurate and fully optimised.
- Collaborate with specialised teams (such as Investment and Pension) to launch targeted affiliate initiatives that drive acquisition for specific high-growth financial products.
- Ensure seamless tracking setup, precise campaign attribution, remuneration contract management, and efficient invoicing processes across network partners (e.g., Impact, financeAds).
- Rigorously monitor channel performance, competitor activities, and market trends using Looker and HubSpot.
- Ensure cost efficiency and ROI superiority compared to other paid acquisition channels.
- Continually evaluate, test, and innovate affiliate processes.

- Solid understanding of tracking setups, attribution models, affiliate network mechanics (e.g., Impact, financeAds), commercial remuneration structures, and digital marketing trends.
- Proven track record of managing performance budgets, maintaining target acquisition costs (CPR/CAC), and utilising data analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Excel) to optimise campaign outcomes.
