About the Role
Gauss Labs is seeking a data scientist passionate about data analysis and coding to develop AI solutions for the manufacturing industry and build analytical tools for complex data interpretation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with real-world manufacturing data, contribute to cutting-edge AI products, and identify new product features through deep customer data understanding. You will grow into an expert at the intersection of AI technology and industry domain expertise.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement customized AI solutions for manufacturing.
- Analyze manufacturing data to uncover opportunities and develop AI models.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with product strategy.
- Develop internal analysis tools to enhance data exploration and reporting.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience or strong interest in applying data science techniques to real-world problems, especially in manufacturing or industrial domains.
- Proficiency in Python and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Travel domestically to customer sites as needed (up to 20% of working hours).
- Fluency in Korean.
