About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, UK-based Senior Digital Marketing Manager ready to step into a Head of Marketing role. You will set the marketing strategy, lead our team, and own the growth of our online pharmacy and healthcare e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities

  • Set the marketing strategy and direction in line with market trends, competitors and business goals.
  • Lead, guide and develop the marketing team, set clear priorities and KPIs, and turn strategy into action.
  • Full ownership of our Shopify e-commerce stores, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.) and landing page optimisation.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, managing significant budgets to scale growth while improving CAC and ROAS.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with UK healthcare and online pharmacy advertising rules (ASA, MHRA) and with Meta and Google pharmacy ad policies.
  • Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back) using Klaviyo, in line with UK GDPR and consent requirements.
  • Produce high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions and email campaigns, ensuring healthcare claims are accurate and compliant.
  • Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports, identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey.
  • Report directly to the CEO with clear plans and results.
  • Manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager or similar, leading and managing a marketing team, and ready to step up into a Head of Marketing role.
  • Strong strategic thinker who understands the market, spots opportunities and turns them into clear plans for the team.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience specifically within the Shopify ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling an e-commerce brand, with measurable results.
  • Hands-on management of Meta and Google Ads budgets.
  • Hands-on experience building Klaviyo flows.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, PPC and GA4.
  • Native-level fluency in English, essential for high-level communication and copywriting.
  • Experience marketing healthcare or online pharmacy products is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Based in the UK and able to work onsite at our Hammersmith, London office.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Able to join immediately preferably.
