About the Role

As an executive, you will be responsible for managing business operations to obtain a new construction business license. You will lead the establishment of the necessary systems and procedures for license acquisition. Post-acquisition, you will maintain the management system in accordance with the Construction Business Act, and lead governance, risk management, and business operations for construction-related projects. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sound execution of projects and compliance with laws, driving the sustainable growth and expansion of the construction business involved in IT infrastructure construction for data centers.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with the Construction Business Act and other relevant laws, and promote the acquisition of a construction business license.
Establish a management system and operational processes necessary for maintaining and renewing a specific construction business license.
Establish and operate governance, compliance, contract management, procurement management, and subcontractor management systems in construction-related businesses, and properly fulfill prime contractor responsibilities under the Construction Business Act.
Provide governance for construction projects, supporting business operations through review of plans, estimates, and contracts, risk assessment, and response to critical issues.
Advise and report to management on business plans, profitability, and key risks.
Promote the launch of new services and business areas, personnel development, and strengthening of organizational capabilities for the growth of the construction business.

Requirements

Possess 5 or more years of experience as an executive (e.g., director) in a company holding a construction business license, meeting the requirements for a full-time executive (business operations manager) under the Construction Business Act.
Knowledge of construction project management and project management experience.
Practical experience in contract management, subcontractor management, financial management, or organizational operations.
Knowledge and practical experience in risk management and governance.
Basic understanding of financial and revenue management.
Business communication skills in English.
