About the Role
Infinity Replacement by Marvin is seeking high-energy individuals to engage shoppers, generate interest in premium window and door solutions, and schedule qualified in-home consultations. This role offers flexible schedules, paid training, and the opportunity to represent a premium national brand at retail events.
Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers in friendly conversations
- Generate interest in premium window and door solutions
- Schedule qualified in-home consultations
- Educate homeowners about products and services
- Set up and maintain professional branded displays
- Help drive leads that directly impact company growth
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- A smartphone
- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup
