About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lend their expertise and client focus to our Sydney Private Enterprise team. This opportunity is ideal for a self-driven individual aiming to advance their career, build their personal brand, and leverage business development skills on a clear path to Partnership.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of diverse, large privately-owned businesses and their owners.
- Collaborate with national teams across the firm.
- Build strong client relationships and provide proactive, practical solutions.
- Develop and implement commercial structures to meet client business and personal goals.
- Lead and inspire a team of Associates and Senior Associates.
- Engage in business development to grow your portfolio and specialization.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Business / Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional/overseas qualifications.
- CA / CPA qualified or other relevant industry accreditation(s).
- Diverse business advisory experience, including private business and high-net-worth clients.
- Experience leading the delivery of high-quality, robust strategic projects.
- Highly-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all client organization levels.
- Significant people management and leadership capabilities with a focus on team well-being.
