About the Role
Manage a range of CX and digital projects, including content and CRM platform implementation, digital transformation, and support/maintenance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, oversee delivery, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects stay on track with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of CX and digital projects, including content and CRM platform implementation, digital transformation and support and maintenance.
- Oversee project plans, budgets, timelines, resources and risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate designers, developers, business analysts and technology partners.
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, communicating progress, risks and issues proactively.
- Identify and resolve delivery challenges, taking ownership and driving solutions forward.
- Support content management, CRM and marketing technology projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes and delivery standards.
- Contribute to new project opportunities and support the onboarding of new work.
Requirements
- Project management experience within a creative, digital or technology agency.
- Experience delivering digital, CX, website or platform implementation projects.
- Strong skills across project planning, budgeting, resource management and risk management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with CMS, CRM or marketing technology platforms.
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to manage projects independently.
