About the Role
Seeking a Guidewire / A360 Data & Reporting SME to support Earnix pricing rollout and Guidewire Infocenter reporting needs. This role focuses on data extraction, reporting, validation, pipeline development, Cognos support, and state-specific rollout activities.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop state-specific data pipelines for Earnix pricing rollouts.
- Build reusable, configurable pipeline patterns to support future state deployments.
- Support data extraction, dataset testing, Earnix uploads, defect fixes, validation, and pricing troubleshooting.
- Serve as an A360 / Guidewire SME for reporting, extraction, and validation.
- Provide support for IBM Cognos reporting, including report development, scheduling, user administration, Framework Manager updates, and upgrade testing.
- Participate in requirements workshops, gap analysis, change requests, QA validation, and business testing.
- Review existing processes, tune report performance, and recommend improvements.
- Mentor and guide new team members.
- Lead and manage a team of data engineers.
- Define and execute the data engineering strategy.
- Ensure effective delivery of data solutions.
- Provide technical expertise.
- Drive innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high quality, scalable, and reliable data infrastructure and solutions.
