About the Role
The Operations Data Analyst is responsible for analysing operational data and providing insights to improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making for both internal and external customers. This role is part of a centralised analytics team supporting Operations and Sales & Partnership teams.
Responsibilities
- Source, cleanse, analyse, and communicate data sets related to Helia’s operations, including application metrics, sales data, and customer feedback.
- Monitor key operational performance data, developing dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, investigating root causes and sourcing additional data.
- Summarise analysis into key insights using data visualisation techniques for stakeholders and customers.
- Attend customer and stakeholder meetings to support business owners in presenting and discussing insights.
- Respond to ad-hoc queries from stakeholders and customers regarding operational data.
Requirements
- Curious and analytical mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions, identify trends, and uncover root causes.
- Commercially astute and proactive, drawing on multiple data sources for objective insights.
- Demonstrated experience in an operational environment.
- Experience working with customers to understand needs.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
