About the Role
Eaton Technologies GmbH in Nettersheim specializes in producing stainless steel filter housings and baskets. Responsibilities
- Process national and international customer inquiries, including quote creation and follow-up via phone, Teams, or email.
- Collaborate closely with operational departments.
- Manage order processing and organization from ERP system entry to goods dispatch.
- Handle product returns and credit notes.
- Process customer complaints.
- Work closely with the field sales team.
- Coordinate complex issues with specialist departments.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk) or comparable professional experience in inside sales or customer service is desirable.
- Interest in technical contexts.
- High self-motivation, customer orientation, and independent, structured work style.
- Knowledge of an ERP system (Glovia/SAP) or CRM system (Salesforce/CPQ) is desirable.
- Fluent English and good German language skills (written and spoken).
- Additional foreign language skills (e.g., Italian, Dutch) are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
