About the Role
We are applying large language models and agentic systems to a real, high-scale problem — turning large volumes of signals into fast, accurate responses customers can act on. We are looking for engineers who want to shape this from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Design and build the agent end to end — the reasoning and orchestration layer, the tools and skills it uses to retrieve and analyze data, the quality of the answers it produces, and the experience of interacting with it.
- Own features and components of the agent — designing and delivering capabilities, tools, and skills.
- Contribute to design reviews.
- Raise the bar on latency, accuracy, and cost within your area.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Innovative with strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Comfortable and confident on Linux systems.
- Deep understanding of software development in an agile team.
- Enjoy simplifying complex problems and tackling challenges.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer focus and love discovering the true requirements underlying a feature request.
