About the Role
Rugiet is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own Paid Social end-to-end. This role involves managing multi-million dollar monthly budgets across Meta and TikTok, partnering with creative teams to optimize campaigns, and focusing on key metrics like CAC, incrementality, and revenue per dollar spent. The ideal candidate combines creative strategy with analytical operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Own the full funnel from prospecting through retargeting.
- Manage 7-figure monthly budgets with strict CAC targets.
- Develop and execute structured testing strategies for creative, audience, and bidding.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to refine attribution models and measure incrementality.
- Build custom dashboards for performance tracking.
- Optimize post-click landing page experiences to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure all creative, targeting, and messaging comply with FDA, FTC, and HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- 6+ years in performance marketing.
- 3+ years directly managing high-scale Paid Social campaigns.
- Experience managing $50M+ in annual ad spend with measurable efficiency outcomes.
- D2C subscription and/or telehealth experience strongly preferred.
- Regulated industry or telemedicine background is a significant advantage.
Skills
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Hands-on expertise in TikTok Ads Manager.
- Advanced analytics skills (Excel/Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Ability to build custom dashboards.
- Proven track record running structured A/B and multivariate tests.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance (FDA, FTC, HIPAA).
