About the Role
AXA XL seeks an insurance professional to service Multinational clients across multiple lines of business, including Casualty, in Australia. This role involves servicing large and complex projects, requiring strong insurance knowledge and administration skills. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues in the Multinational Solutions team and be visible and approachable to underwriters and brokers.
Responsibilities
- Become the Subject Matter Expert for all matters Multinational.
- Work collaboratively with offshore teams for processing and credit control services.
- Develop deep knowledge of systems and processes and stay updated on new guidelines.
- Build meaningful relationships with colleagues globally.
- Monitor financial bookings accuracy via reports.
- Ensure timely and high-quality implementation of mid-term endorsements, issuance of certificates of insurance, and premium collection monitoring.
- Address client/broker requests immediately and refer to Underwriters if required.
- Ensure data quality accuracy ratios meet defined levels/metrics.
Requirements

- Continuous improvement outlook, willingness to ask questions and explore new ideas.

- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel.
- Prior experience in corporate insurance is desired.
- Previous experience in or a desire to learn about Multinational Solutions Services / International Policies / Global Programs is highly valued.
