  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the renewable energy industry, specifically within distributed generation, C&I solar, or energy storage.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrated transaction closing experience handling complex B2B sales cycles for seven-figure ($1M+) clean energy deals.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of distributed solar and BESS development, including interconnection processes, utility tariffs, permitting considerations, project commercialization, and market-entry evaluation.
  • Proven experience working with financial investors, equipment manufacturers, utilities, and consultants to navigate multi-disciplinary, cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (or equivalent CRM/pipeline tracking tools).
  • Very strong collaboration, communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with management and other parts of the project including technical staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and successfully complete them within specified timeframes.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal direction in both structured and unstructured work environments.
