About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst on the Corporate Strategy & Transformation team, you will be a cross-functional business lead responsible for the planning, orchestration, and delivery of key organizational initiatives. You will ensure alignment between business stakeholders, technology partners, and senior leaders, transforming business problems into actionable roadmaps. This role connects business strategy across the Front, Middle, and Back Office, requiring strong knowledge of the asset management and investment lifecycle, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to define future-state business solutions and influence senior stakeholders. This position offers exposure to finance and technology challenges and expects a forward-looking perspective on evolving the firm's operating model.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a cross-functional business lead for initiative planning, orchestration, and delivery.
- Ensure transparency and alignment between business stakeholders, technology partners, and senior leaders.
- Frame business problems and transform them into actionable transformation roadmaps.
- Connect the firm’s business strategy across the Front, Middle, and Back Office.
- Define future-state business solutions and influence senior stakeholders.
- Maintain a forward-looking view to evolve the firm’s operating model.
Requirements
- Familiarity with the hedge fund operating model and the intersection between Front, Middle, and Back-Office functions.
- Strong understanding of the investment and trade lifecycle across one or more asset classes.
- Demonstrated program and business leadership experience with a track record of successfully driving large-scale initiatives.
- Ability to build consensus among senior cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, business transformation, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity working with large, complex datasets and data visualization tools.
