About the Role

Join the talented Orafo team as a Temporary Full Time Server at the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a leading luxury hotel company, with a temporary assignment of 3 months, potentially extendable based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Take guest orders and describe food & beverage menu items with vivid descriptions of origin, taste, and preparation.
Communicate guest orders, including special needs, to the kitchen and bar using the point-of-sales system and coordinate timings.
Check completed kitchen orders against original orders and deliver items to guests promptly.
Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently to concerns.
Adapt to guests to create a customized experience for local, international, and resident guests.
Accurately close guest checks, process payments, and settle voids or complimentary meals.
Breakdown, clean, and set up tables and chairs.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Assist with Food & Beverage responsibilities during absences or high-volume periods.

Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Food & Beverage and previous server experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment.
Must be flexible with schedule, able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Requires reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
Must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
