About the Role
In our Risk & Actuarial division, you will advise insurance companies of all sectors, legal forms, and sizes on quantitative and qualitative issues related to actuarial science, risk management, and sustainability. You can expect flexible work in cross-location teams, diverse topics, and varied projects. We value a positive atmosphere and individual development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- (Further) development of sustainability strategies, including products, investments, and decarbonization.
- Development of sustainable insurance solutions and ESG concepts for investment.
- Implementation of new regulatory requirements (e.g., EU Taxonomy, CSRD).
- Assessment and modeling of sustainability risks.
- Integrated reporting (e.g., CSRD, ISSB).
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies, preferably with a focus on insurance, sustainability, or environmental management.
- Ideally, relevant practical and/or project management experience, e.g., during an internship or initial professional experience.
- Very good communication skills in German (at least C1 level) and English.
