About the Role

As a Technical Writing Intern, you will test and document new product features that help our global user base analyze and gather insights from their data. During your internship, you’ll partner directly with your tech writer mentor, as well as collaborate with other teams across the business to deliver a significant new documentation project that benefits our customers. You will collaborate across the company to determine the best solution for your technical challenge. Interns will take their project from ideation through implementation, iterating and gathering feedback along the way. Potential projects include developing new tutorials and examples, creating video and gif content to illustrate key concepts, or implementing information architecture transformations to optimize content for AI agents.

  • Translate complex technical details into clear, digestible documentation and release notes.
  • Work collaboratively and closely with other writers to ensure consistent and cohesive content, style, and messaging.
  • Draft, review, and publish content in a docs-as-code workflow with AI tooling in the loop.
  • Improve existing documentation based on feedback from customer-facing teams and actively address knowledge gaps, prioritizing user empowerment for all audiences.
  • Develop visually captivating, dynamic documentation that includes diagrams, screenshots, and other visual aids.
