Previous experience in a dental or medical office (pediatric experience a plus!)
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Proficiency with dental practice software (we’ll train the right candidate)
