About the Role

This role supports the planning, execution, and optimization of ABM programs, partnering closely with Sales, Strategy, Campaign Planning, and centralized marketing teams. You will support the operational excellence behind ABM, including account planning, program coordination, stakeholder alignment, timelines, vendor coordination, budget tracking, measurement, and optimization. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer experiences and building repeatable ABM processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of creative, modern ABM programs that engage prioritized accounts and buying groups.
  • Partner with Sales and Strategy to help align on account goals, target personas, engagement plays, and success criteria.
  • Help operationalize account-based plays by coordinating with centralized marketing teams and Sales to activate the right mix of tactics.
  • Support program management from end to end: timelines, deliverables, stakeholder coordination, approvals, budget tracking, vendor/agency coordination, and post-program follow-through.
  • Coordinate lead/account workflows with Sales, ensuring ABM engagement is captured, routed, and actioned.
  • Help orchestrate integrated channel tactics — including events, gifting, paid media, and email — in support of account-based plays.
  • Support measurement and reporting of ABM performance in partnership with marketing insights, helping turn insights into optimizations.
  • Leverage marketing technology and data to target, personalize, and track ABM programs.
  • Track lead flow to help ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing tactics in a timely manner.
  • Support the standardization and improvement of ABM processes using templates and best practices.
  • Bring fresh ideas to help differentiate the Thomson Reuters brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing — ABM, demand generation, field marketing, or lifecycle/expansion marketing for cloud-based software and/or business service providers.
  • Experience supporting Sales through account planning, stakeholder alignment, follow-up motions, and opportunity support.
  • Comfort using marketing technology to help deploy and measure integrated campaigns.
  • Strong project management and communication skills — able to manage multiple workstreams, track dependencies, and deliver on time.
  • A customer-first mindset with a bias toward practical, high-quality experiences that Sales and customers value.
  • A self-starter attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across functions — marketing, sales, operations, and insights/analytics.
  • Familiarity with modern B2B best practices for integrated, multi-channel programs (digital + field) and how they map to pipeline creation and acceleration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.
  • Ability to travel to key events, approximately 5% - 10%.
