About the Role
Mohawk Chevrolet is seeking Switchboard Operators to join our team in a fun and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Answer multi-company phones
- Effectively take messages as needed and properly relay to the necessary person/department
- Transferring calls
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally in one-on-one situations to customers and other associates
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer literacy and must be able to learn Company software
Skills
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems a plus
- Bilingual English & Spanish, is a plus!
- Auto dealer experience is preferred but will train the right person.
Education Level
- High school diploma or equivalent required
