About the Role

We are looking for a UX Designer / UX Researcher to join our client's team in NYC. This global team supports complex, data-rich products and workflows across multiple business areas. This is not primarily a front-end development role.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research and identify user needs and pain points.
Map end-to-end user journeys, workflows and user flows.
Translate requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences.
Create wireframes, concepts and prototypes.
Test and refine solutions based on user feedback.
Collaborate with business, technology and product stakeholders.
Simplify complex workflows and data-heavy environments.

Requirements

Experience in UX Design, UX Research, Product Design or Interaction Design.
Strong understanding of user-centered design.
Experience with research, journey mapping, prototyping and usability testing.
Comfortable working with complex products, large amounts of data and broad ecosystems.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience with complex enterprise applications or environments.
Experience with data-intensive or internal applications.
Exposure to React, Angular or functional prototyping.
Exposure to AI-enabled products or UX workflows.
Coding experience is a plus, but not required.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
