About the Role
Loot Rentals is seeking an entry-level Client Relationship Lead for their ATX location. This sales-focused, client-facing role requires providing excellent service to clients in a showroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via email, website forms, and wishlists.
- Host warehouse walkthroughs and manage client drop-ins.
- Create design mockups for clients.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Generate quotes using inventory and invoicing software.
- Perform backend tasks for inventory software.
- Convert inquiries into bookings through timely follow-up and communication.
- Manage client projects from inquiry to booking confirmation.
- Coordinate with inventory and operations teams on client-related issues.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Meet individual and team sales goals.
- Assist clients with will-call pickups and drop-offs.
- Support the sales & marketing team with additional duties.
- Attend industry networking events to build client relationships.

Salary/Compensations
- $26,000 annual base salary plus monthly payouts for KPI goals and monthly share of commission pool. Total compensation expected at goal is $60,000; exempt.
