About the Role
Within the assigned location, the Line Team Member is responsible for greeting customers, fulfilling all orders with fast, accurate ticket times in accordance with proper portion control, guidelines, and procedures. The primary role is to ensure each customer experiences a positive, enjoyable experience at Salsa Fresca.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests in creating their meals and take pride in the meal created.
- Ensure a clean and sanitary station at all times.
- Ensure food tables are always at proper temperatures and visually appealing.
- Assist the prep cook when needed to meet par levels.
- Perform opening and closing duties for the store.
- Maintain quality control, portion controls, and provide excellent customer service.
