About the Role
COBS Bread is seeking a Sales Assistant to join their growing team, offering a fun work environment, comprehensive training, and career advancement opportunities. No prior experience is necessary if candidates possess the right attitude and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a small team, providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with regular customers.
- Merchandise products and execute marketing campaigns.
- Maintain bakery cleanliness and assist with production tasks.
- Handle cash, credit card, and debit transactions.
- Operate the POS system continuously.
- Perform tasks requiring continuous standing/walking, use of both hands with frequent forceful gripping, frequent lifting/carrying up to 7.5 kg, reaching below shoulder level, bending, and turning.
- Perform occasional lifting/carrying up to 22 kg, pushing, pulling, crouching, bending, and reaching above shoulder level.
