  • Lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives, balancing tactical delivery with long-term strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
  • Translate complex business workflows into intuitive user experiences by defining requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to build scalable services for search, browsing, filtering, discovery, and personalization.
  • Develop a deep understanding of investment product data, user personas, and user journeys to enhance research and diligence experiences.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to improve user engagement, platform adoption, and operational efficiency.

  • Communicate priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and strategic decisions effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and drive resolutions and improvements.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of product management experience within fintech, wealth management, asset management, investment technology, enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or related industries.
  • Proven experience owning and scaling complex products from strategy through continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience building marketplace, search, discovery, recommendation, workflow, research, or data-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of access management, entitlement frameworks, visibility rules, permissions, configuration-driven systems, or administrative platforms.
  • Able to model complex business domains and translate business concepts into logical entities, relationships, workflows, business rules, and scalable platform capabilities.
  • Experience creating or reviewing domain models, process flows, user journeys, workflow diagrams, system interactions, and business architecture artifacts.
  • Knowledge of technical tradeoffs and ability to contribute to discussions involving APIs, integrations, platform architecture, scalability, data models, and system design.
  • SQL proficiency and comfort working directly with data to investigate issues, validate assumptions, measure outcomes, and inform product decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiar with alternative investments, advisor platforms, broker-dealer ecosystems, RIAs, wealth management workflows, or investment product distribution is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with modern product, technical, and collaboration tools, including Jira, Confluence, Figma, analytics platforms, API development tools, AI productivity tools, and data visualization solutions.
