About the Role
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Survey Project Manager to join our team in Albany, NY. Our survey professionals possess expertise in achieving highly accurate results with quality control from field to office, ensuring precision in client deliverables. We implement the right approach for each project, whether conventional or cutting-edge geospatial techniques, to provide the most responsive and consistent professional survey services.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare complete boundary surveys by compiling record data and providing sound analysis for accurate property line location.
- Perform Quality Control review on reports, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and other contract documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide assistance to staff in the preparation of reports/findings, plans, and other contract documents.
- Organize and coordinate the work of field and office staff for complex projects.
- Assist in the preparation of project/task work plans.
- Provide direction to staff to complete project objectives.
- Monitor the work efforts of assigned staff, including sub-consultants and/or contractors.
- Supervise assignments given to Survey Technicians.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Land Surveying required.
- LSIT required.
- Ability to read, write and understand English for job-related communications and instructions.

Salary/Compensations
- $74,600 to $141,400 per year
