About the Role
Health Link Home Health & Hospice is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide meaningful work with modern tools and a supportive team. Therapists are paid hourly for scheduled hours, including drive time and documentation, ensuring reliable income and a steady caseload.
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations, re-evaluations, and discharges.
- Develop individualized plans of care based on physician orders.
- Provide skilled treatment focused on ADLs, adaptive equipment, home safety, and functional independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on safe, independent routines at home.
- Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Complete documentation using AI-assisted tools.
Requirements
- Current California OT license.
- Valid California driver's license.
- Ability to travel regularly within your assigned territory.
Skills
- Home health experience preferred.
- Strong outpatient, SNF, or hospital OT experience considered.
- AI-assisted documentation.

- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Productivity bonuses of up to 25% of wages, paid per payroll and quarterly
