About the Role
One North is seeking a Senior Product Designer with expertise in UX/UI and Figma to join their Design team. The role involves collaborating with an embedded client team in Agile sprints to create high-fidelity designs for enterprise applications, utilizing the client's existing design system.
Responsibilities
- Produce highly polished screen designs that follow UX and UI best practices
- Participate in working sessions with clients and present original work
- Work closely with other disciplines to translate their deliverables into designs
- Be open to feedback from Managers, Directors, and colleagues from other disciplines
Requirements
- Deep understanding of design fundamentals and digital product experiences
- Expert command of Figma and its advanced features
- Experience and passion for UX/UI designs
- Familiarity with design systems and comfort in leveraging them for new interface designs
- Expertise for how to translate desktop designs to tablet and mobile screens
- Solid understanding for design implications around WCAG accessibility requirements
- Ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment with design, client services, strategy, and technology teams
- Demonstrate high-quality execution of work in all areas
- Be a self-starter and push the vision for our clients
- Passion for digital design and staying up to date on the latest tech and trends
- Experience working in an Agile process
- Understanding of various inquiry methods such as usability testing
