  • Assist with renewal decisions based on usage and demand.
  • Coordinate with vendors and resellers.
  • Maintain accurate asset records for serial numbers, models, ownership, purchase dates, warranty status, location, and lifecycle status.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, asset utilization, lifecycle status, and cost tracking.
  • Follow and improve ITAM processes for procurement, inventory tracking, and equipment deployment/recovery.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies and audit requirements.
  • Document procedures and maintain standardized workflows.
  • Work closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Finance/Accounting.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding asset processes.
  • Assist with asset-related tickets and escalations.
  • Lead project steps or discrete initiatives within broader IT projects.
  • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience by sharing knowledge of ITAM tools, licensing structures, and reconciliation processes.
  • Pre-plan and identify methods to eliminate hazards daily by work task.
  • Execute skill in observing habits and hazards of others and bringing it to their attention.
  • Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company and support the goal of achieving zero accidents.
  • Promote and encourage open communication between field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed.
