About the Role
Step into the warmth and excitement of the holiday season as a Seasonal Beauty Host with L'Occitane at our TD Center boutique. You will welcome each guest and help transform holiday shopping into a memorable, sensorial experience. With genuine hospitality, thoughtful product recommendations, and a passion for gifting, you will assist guests in discovering meaningful ways to celebrate the ones they care about.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with warmth and festive energy, creating an inviting atmosphere and a personalized sensorial experience.
- Anticipate each guest's needs, listen with care, and recommend thoughtful skincare, body care, and fragrance gifts.
- Remain flexible, positive, and attentive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple guests and priorities.
- Support sales goals and daily store operations by taking initiative, replenishing product, maintaining visual standards, and putting the guest first.
- Collaborate with colleagues, step in where needed, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive team.
- Adapt communication style to different guests and team members, welcome feedback, and help create smooth handoffs during peak traffic.
Requirements
- Warm, engaging communication skills and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
- A guest-first mindset with the ability to listen, personalize recommendations, and support holiday gifting needs.
- Interest in skincare, body care, fragrance, and the art of gifting is beneficial.
- Adaptability, reliability, and flexibility to support a seasonal retail schedule, including peak shopping periods.
- Basic technology skills and comfort learning point-of-sale and store tools.
