About the Role

ETERNO is the largest provider of cloud-based practice software in Germany and aims to become the operating system of the future for outpatient healthcare. We are expanding our market presence in Switzerland and establishing ETERNO as a leading provider of modern practice software. You will take commercial responsibility for the Swiss market, drive its growth, develop existing customer relationships, tap into new customer segments, and build a strong network of doctors, practice groups, medical providers, and strategic partners. You will think entrepreneurially, develop a clear sales strategy, and implement it consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Go-to-Market strategy for Switzerland, identifying attractive customer segments and translating market potential into concrete sales activities and measurable results.
  • Drive sales operations, from targeted cold outreach and initial phone contact to appointment scheduling, product presentations, negotiation, and contract closing.
  • Build a robust network within the Swiss healthcare system, gain relevant multipliers and strategic partners, and develop sustainable sales channels.
  • Strengthen long-term customer relationships and identify cross- and upselling potentials within the existing Swiss customer base.
  • Increase ETERNO's brand awareness in the Swiss healthcare sector, position the company as an innovative and reliable partner, and represent the company at customer appointments, industry events, and relevant networks.
  • Identify and acquire larger practice groups, medical supply organizations, and strategically relevant customers, leading complex sales processes to completion independently.
  • Manage the development of a robust sales pipeline, define commercial priorities, and data-drivenly steer forecasts, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
  • Lead and develop the existing Swiss sales team, expand it as business grows, and foster a performance-oriented, entrepreneurial sales culture.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, customer success, and other teams, incorporating customer requirements into product development, and actively shaping the offering for the Swiss market.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in Healthtech, practice software, Medtech, or SaaS, with proven success in new customer acquisition and revenue development.
  • Enjoy active selling, proactively approach potential customers, and personally guide sales opportunities to closure.
  • Knowledge of the Swiss market, ideally the outpatient healthcare sector, understanding of local decision-making structures, and ideally an existing relevant network.
  • Recognize market opportunities, develop concrete measures, and take responsibility for their implementation and commercial success.
  • Experience in market and brand development, ideally having opened up new markets, customer segments, or sales structures, and knowing how to successfully position a company with new target groups.
  • Convince different decision-makers, navigate complex sales processes securely, and negotiate larger contracts confidently.
  • Experience in leading and developing sales teams or the potential to build and lead a growing team, leading by example.
  • Work structured, independently, and results-oriented, with high self-motivation and comfort in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
  • Communicate convincingly in German and English; French and/or Italian are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland.
