About the Role
Volkswagen of Nanuet is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their growing service team. This role offers significant earning potential for individuals with a strong background in Volkswagen vehicles and customer relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and accurately identify their service and repair needs.
- Write and manage repair orders from check-in through completion.
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair recommendations, costs, and timelines.
- Work closely with technicians and the service department to ensure quality and timely repairs.
- Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction while driving service department results.
Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience required.
- Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Professional, motivated, and results-oriented.
- Volkswagen experience preferred.
